Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to help you choose the right machine for your production.

Which luxury paper bag machine should I choose?

It depends on your handle type and bag size. For flat-handle bags — the largest luxury segment — choose ZW-A11. For twisted round rope handles, ZW-A13. If you need both handle types on one line, ZW-A11 Pro. For small-format bags (jewelry, cosmetics), ZW-A10 MINI, and for large formats up to 600mm, ZW-A14 MAX.

What makes a seamless machine different from a traditional paper bag machine?

Traditional machines fold and glue the paper tube, leaving a visible seam on the side of the bag. Our machines use die-cutting technology that eliminates the side seam completely — the defining feature of a premium retail bag.

How much does a luxury paper bag making machine cost?

Price depends on the model, configuration and optional modules. Contact us with your bag specifications and we will send a detailed quotation within 24 hours, together with a free bag sample so you can verify the quality first.

What is the typical lead time and installation process?

Standard production takes 45-60 business days, plus 30-35 days sea freight to Europe. We provide on-site installation with a specialized technician, full operator training, and remote video support afterwards.

Can I see the machines running before I buy?

Yes. We offer live video demonstrations via WhatsApp, and we send free bag samples produced on the actual machines. Factory visits are also welcome.

Not sure which model fits your needs?
